YEREVAN. – Relations between Baku and Moscow reached a deadlock, deputy speaker of the Armenian parliament Eduard Sharmazanov told reporters.

Speaking about possible meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers in July, he noted: “I am convinced that Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will present the reality and the very tough position of the Armenian side. The latest tricks of Azerbaijan, which can be called an unsuccessful show aimed at attracting the attention of the international community to the fact that the Armenian side allegedly destroys civilians, have failed. Moreover, in the news wire we did not pay enough attention to the very assessments of the Russian Foreign Ministry saying that Azerbaijan is not a good place for Russian citizens of Armenian origin. This shows that Moscow is dissatisfied with Baku”.

On July 11, the Armenian Foreign Minister will leave for Vienna to participate in an informal meeting of foreign ministers of the OSCE participating states, which will also be attended by the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister.
