Switzerland believes it’s time to solve the North Korean problem through dialogue and is ready to act as a mediator in talks with Pyongyang, Swiss president Doris Leuthard said.
The statement comes a day after North Korea claimed to have successfully tested hydrogen bomb.
Doris Leuthard said the sanctions against North Korea had been adopted several years ago, but changed nothing.
