A joint statement by the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents, as well as by the delegations of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, at the OSCE Summit in Astana, was a step forward in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, stated Kazakh Ambassador to Azerbaijan Serik Primbetov.
Such conflicts are not settled in a year, the Ambassador said. As OSCE Chairing Country, Kazakhstan did its best to achieve progress and succeeded to an extent, Serik Primbetov said.
