YEREVAN. – Overall, 81 people were amnestied as of 3:30 pm Yerevan time, Justice Ministry said in a statement.
A law on amnesty declared in connection with the 2800th anniversary of Yerevan and 100th anniversary of Armenia’s First Republic came into effect on November 6. It will apply to around 6,500 people.
