YEREVAN. – The regular session of the already dissolved National Assembly (NA) of Armenia on Wednesday did not convene—yet again, and for lack of a quorum—once more.
As of 2pm, solely 15 MPs were in attendance at the NA Sessions’ Hall, whereas 53 deputies need to be present to have quorum to kick off a sitting.
