Bolivian President Evo Morales accused the US of trying to prevent elections in the country, tellerreport said. 

“As it happened in 2002, the US and its right-wing minions are trying to prevent our candidates from using lies and discredit. They called us "Osama bin Laden" and "Taliban", warned about the reduction of aid supplies. Now they say they are concerned about democracy. Bolivia is a sovereign state and rejects any intervention,” the leader tweeted.

Earlier in October, Morales called the US a threat to peace and human rights amid Washington’s intention to withdraw from the INF Treaty and send troops to the Mexican border because of migrants.
