Residence of the President of Armenia was the venue Friday for the handing of high state awards and bestowing of honorary titles to several distinguished individuals.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs State Protocol Service Head Levon Minasyan, and Armenian National Weightlifting Team Head Coach Pashik Alaverdyan were among the recipients of these awards and titles.

President Armen Sarkissian congratulated and wished further success to the awardees and honorary title recipients.

“Each and every one of you, regardless of age, is at the beginning of the patriotic activity, and you still have plenty to do,” the President noted. “There are many expectations from you.”
