As regards the Commonwealth of Independent States, Russia is the leader (59th), followed by Georgia (73rd), Azerbaijan (83rd) Ukraine (85th), Armenia (90th ), Kazakhstan (93rd), Moldova (99th), Kyrgyzstan (107th) and Tajikistan (118th).
