Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin offers to introduce a visa-free regime between Russia and the U.S.
“If Russia and the United States agreed to introduce a visa-free regime, it would be a historical step in the development of Russian-U.S. relations,” Putin said at the meeting with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden.
Biden called Putin’s proposal a good idea.
