YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: 4 months after the [Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)] war, very few of the ruling elite [of Armenia] have set foot in Artsakh.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan himself, who had often headed to Artsakh by helicopter with his family, especially during his son's two years of [military] service [there], then was justifying that if the helicopter was not used, technical problems would arise.
On the one hand, Pashinyan and his [political] team "have no face" to head to Artsakh, on the other hand, they realize well that they are not waiting for them in Artsakh, to put it mildly.
