The Azerbaijani threats against our compatriots carrying out agricultural work at the sector in the vicinity of Tegh, Aravus, and Khnatsakh villages were discussed in most various contexts. Analyst Tigran Abrahamyan, a former security adviser to the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President and an MP candidate from the opposition "I Have Honor" bloc of Armenia, wrote about this on Facebook.

"There is one important factor here, which I believe is a cornerstone.

The main problem remains the absence of necessary defense systems.

The question is not even only about the physical presence of our servicemen, but also about the viability, efficiency of the system as a whole, and its various components.

With the necessary systems in place, the behavior, aggression, and threatening behavior of the Azerbaijanis would be specified primarily through it, and not through reports, publications, or phone calls from various civilians.

This shows that the [Armenian] settlements that have ended up in the status of a border community due to new realities continue to remain vulnerable in terms of security.

But the [serving Armenian] government is not taking enough steps in this regard," Abrahamyan added.
