YEREVAN. – Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has sent a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on his birthday. Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed about this from the press service of the President of Armenia.

"I laud the traditional friendly relations between our peoples. I am convinced that through joint efforts we will be able to ensure the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenia and Turkmenistan," reads President Sarkissian's congratulatory message.
