A secret witness to Hrant Dink’s murder stated there were 4-5 people having conversation with each other in the scene. One of them, a man aged 40-45 approached Dink and told him something, and two others, Ogun Samast and Yasin Hayal, fired.

The Court President announced that 6 people involved in the Ergenekon case, including General Veli Kucuk held phone conversations with Hrant Dink’s murderers. Two of the accused, Ersin Yolcu and Ahmet Iskender, were released under court judgment.
