American and Dutch representatives of the Public International Law and Policy Group recognized the NKR elections “free, transparent and fair”.

The head of the group Michael Kovaka stated that no violations were registered, the NEWS.am correspondent reports.

Karabakh is resolute on its way to building up healthy and long-standing democracy, he added.

May 23, parliamentary elections were held in NKR. Observers from Russia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Germany, Argentina and Armenia made statements on the election results. They all recognized elections as conforming to international requirements.
