TALLINN. – Karen Drambyan, who was killed in a shooting that he himself started in the Estonian Ministry of Defense did not cooperate with Armenian Diaspora, said the chairman of Tallinn Armenian community Razmik Ivanyan.
“Even if he participated in our activities and came to church, he was on his own. He was not even affiliated into the community. Perhaps I saw him once or twice, but he never spoke. As far as I know our people did not socialize with him much as well. Therefore I cannot characterize Drambyan anyway. Neither can I find explanation to what he did. That was insanity,” Ivanyan said, reports DELFI.
