Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and a number of top officials met with representatives of ethnic minorities of Turkey during an iftar dinner - evening meal when Muslims break their fast during Ramadan.
Greek Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomew, leader of Assyrian community Kenan Altinisik, one of Istanbul Armenian community leading members Bedros Sirinoglu, spiritual leader of Jews Isak Haleva and Deputy Patriarch of Constantinople Archbishop Aram Ateshyan were present at the event.
Representatives of ethnic minorities stressed importance of a decree on return of confiscated property signed by Premier Erdogan, Mynethaber reported.
