As of October 2023, there is a new record of registered jobs in Armenia. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.
"We have exceeded the number of 730 thousand. And I must record that since May 2018, around 183,000 new jobs have been created in Armenia," he said.
According to the PM, economic dynamics show that new jobs will continue to be created in the country.
"We hope that our dynamics will be even better as a result of the full engagement of our brothers and sisters forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in the labor market and economic system [of Armenia]," Pashinyan said.
