The work of the EU Economic and Investment Platform was launched under the co-chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Mher Grigoryan, and the Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Vassilis Maragos, informs the press service of the Armenian government.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy PM Grigoryan highlighted the importance of the organization of work in such a format, emphasizing the strategic importance of the programs developed under the EU Economic and Investment Plan for Armenia.

Also, Mher Grigoryan stressed the key role of European financial organizations as the most important links implementing programs.

During the meeting, the representatives of the Armenian departments and their EU partners reflected on the progress of jointly implemented projects and possible new directions of cooperation.

At the end of the session, the ceremony of signing several agreements between the Ministry of Finance of Armenia and the European Investment Bank was held.
