Serdar Kilic, the Special Representative of Turkey in the process of normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations, reflected on his meeting with his Armenian counterpart, Ruben Rubinyan, Tuesday.

"We held our fifth round of meetings in the border region between Türkiye [i.e. Turkey] and Armenia, on the Armenian side in the morning and on the Turkish side in the afternoon. We discussed, with a constructive understanding, all aspects of the normalization process and the possibilities for further advancement," Kilic wrote on X—formerly Twitter.
