Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The [Armenian] authorities probably agree with [Belarusian president] Alexander Lukashenko that "Armenians are not needed by anyone." Otherwise, about 10 days after that scandalous statement by Batka [i.e. Lukashenko], an official response [by Armenia] would have sounded from some circle.
Let's remind that on August 20, the president of Belarus had given an interview and talked about Armenian-Russian relations. "Who needs Armenians besides us? No one. Let them develop their economy and decide with their resources. What France or [president] Macron? Tomorrow he will not be [in power], and everyone will forget about Armenia."
Also, he had said that we are actually "in the same boat" with the RF [(Russian Federation)]. "If it capsizes, we will sink together. It is not worth hiding our allied relations. We do not behave like some other countries, which only want to take from Russia without giving anything," he had said.
The are puzzled also in the ranks of the [Armenian] authorities by the fact of official silence, especially since they react with lightning speed to the figures of the lower caliber of the RF, for example, to any statement by the spokesperson of the RF MFA.
