The Armenian Investigative Committee has opened a case over the death of serviceman Vahe Harutyunyan.

The Committee's press service reports that according to a report received from the Vardenis branch of the Military Police on October 6, the body of Arutyunyan, who served in the artillery division, was found about 30 meters away from the firing position, and a gunshot wound to the head was confirmed

Forensic examinations were appointed, servicemen who were on duty with Harutyunyan on the day of his death and earlier were questioned.
