The opposition announced its action plan during the protest. It was announced by one of the leaders of the Unity-National Movement coalition Giorgi Vashadze (Agmashenebeli Strategy Party), Online Georgia reports.

The opposition forces agreed on the basic principles - demands:

    • to appoint re-elections;
    • not to recognize the stolen elections and not to recognize the legitimization of the parliament;
    • start a resistance movement and deploy a resistance front so far in Tbilisi and across Georgia - “each subsequent protest will be sharper and oriented towards a more specific goal”;
    • continue collecting evidence and documentation for an international investigation into the October 26 election violations, “so that all the culprits are punished, who stole the elections from the people”;
    • doing everything together - it's a common cause;
    • the struggle will last until the final victory.

    This struggle, Vashadze emphasized, is not the responsibility of politicians alone, but the responsibility of every citizen.


    “Those steps, which we will offer you daily, let's all implement together to reach the final victory!”, the politician said.

    Meanwhile, Novosti-Georgia reports that environmental activist Greta Thunberg came to Georgia “to watch the opposition rally.”
