YEREVAN. –Weightlifter Davit Bejanyan, Armenian by origin, won the 2011 Russian President Cup in Belgorod, Russia.
Bejanyan set 105 kg Clean and Jerk World Record lifting 238 kg. He pulled a 183 kg snatch. Thus, his overall result is 421 kg. Bejanyan was awarded $5000 for the victory and $3000 for the record.
