Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Monday received the newly appointed ambassador of Italy to Armenia, Alessandro Ferranti, the PM’s office informs.

The premier congratulated the ambassador on assuming the post, and wished him success in the consistent development of Armenia-Italy relations.

In turn, Ambassador Ferranti emphasized that he will make every effort to give a new impetus to bilateral ties.

The interlocutors attached importance to the expansion of trade and economic cooperation, as well as to the development of cooperation in tourism and some other domains.
