Turkish foreign minister Hakan Fidan will raise the need for Ankara to participate in the European security talks during a meeting with his Dutch counterpart on Tuesday, a Turkish foreign ministry source said, reports RIA Novosti.

“Foreign Minister Fidan will also state that Turkey should participate in European security talks,” the aforesaid source told reporters.
