Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with ambassadors of the European Union (EU) member states accredited in Armenia. The meeting was also attended by the head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Vassilis Maragos.

The premier and the ambassadors discussed the current agenda of Armenia–EU relations, the respective progress recorded in the recent period, and prospects for further cooperation, the PM’s office informs.

Also, they exchanged views on the situation in the region following the peace summit held in Washington on August 8, on the peace process established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and on steps aimed at unblocking regional communication routes, including the TRIPP and Armenia’s “Crossroads of Peace” projects.

In addition, Pashinyan answered questions of interest to the EU ambassadors.
