State-of-the-art migration and citizenship service offices, equipped with all-in-one self-service devices for biometric data collection, a children’s play area, and services meeting international standards, will open in the two busiest malls in the capital Yerevan, announced Arpine Sargsyan, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Armenia.
“With this, we will set a completely new standard for public service providing in Armenia, closing the chapter of the outdated and low-quality infrastructure of the passport system, breaking the stereotypes of the sector,” Sargsyan added.
