Armenia-France strategic defense consultations were held in Paris on Monday and Tuesday, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During the consultations, the work carried out in 2025 within the framework of Armenia-France defense cooperation was reviewed, and plans for the coming year were outlined.

The sides emphasized the importance of giving bilateral cooperation strategic substance and an institutional character.

Subsequently, the Armenia-France defense cooperation program for 2026 was signed, which includes several dozen activities across practically all domains of the operations of the two armed forces.

Also, it was decided to hold the next Armenia-France strategic defense consultations in Yerevan.
