The carpet that was laid out for US Vice President JD Vance at Yerevan’s international airport has wowed The Guardian reporter Jakub Krupa, who wrote about it in a short article published online.
Krupa noted that he wanted to make a special mention and asked to look at this carpet that was laid out for Vance immediately after his arrival at the Armenian international airport. Krupa added that unfortunately, he does not know know the whole story and asked people to share it if they do, and asked to just look at this beautiful carpet.
Vance’s plane had landed at Yerevan’s Zvartnots International Airport on Monday afternoon. The US Vice President was greeted there by the speaker of the Armenian National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, and the mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan.
And during the meeting between Vance and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a statement was signed on cooperation between the two countries in peaceful use of nuclear energy.
