Zvartnots International Airport of Yerevan has won the ASQ Customer Experience Awards in two categories: Best Airport in Europe, and Most Dedicated Staff.

The ASQ Customer Experience Awards are one of the world's most prestigious awards in passenger service and experience evaluation, awarded by the Airports Council International.

The award winners are determined exclusively on the basis of independent and direct assessments of passengers through standardized surveys.

Zvartnots International Airport is in the group of winners in the category of airports serving 5 to 15 million passengers annually, where 39 airports from Europe were evaluated.
