Israel's Channel 12 reports that Ben Gurion Airport will be closed until at least Monday.

Israeli airline Israir announced that all of its flights to and from Israel, including domestic flights, are cancelled until Monday morning. Passengers who have booked tickets for flights scheduled between February 28 and March 2 will be entitled to a refund. Passengers who booked through a travel agent are advised to contact their agent.

The Lufthansa Group is suspending all flights to and from Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport until March 7, citing the "current situation in the Middle East." The German carrier, which also includes SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings, said it is cancelling flights across the Middle East, including Tel Aviv, Beirut, Amman, Erbil, and Tehran, until March 7. Affected passengers may rebook free of charge for a later travel date or, alternatively, receive a full ticket refund, Lufthansa said.

"Lufthansa Group continuously monitors and assesses the security situation in the Middle East and is in close contact with authorities," the group stated.
