December 21, the decision to close another oppositional newspaper was made in Iran. According to FARS news agency, the group on press control at Iranian Culture Ministry decided to shut down one of the popular newspaper “Endisheyi No” (New thinking).
The daily owned by Islami Ish party represents the camp of Iranian reformists.
During 2009 presidential elections, the daily was spreading information from campaign headquarters headed by opposition leader Mir-Hossein Mousavi.
