“Armenia should recognize the Turkish Republic, its integrity conforming to the Woodrow Wilson’s arbitration as of 1920 and all the decisions that proceed from the act,” reads the resolution adopted at the 6th congress of “Heritage” parliamentary faction on July 10.

“Armenia should recognize the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh within its constitutional borders, as well as the integrity of Azerbaijan. In its turn, the latter should recognize Artsakh and return Shahumyan, Getashen, Artsvashen and Nakhcivan regions,” the document reads.

Armenia should recognize Georgia as an important neighbor and realize that Javakhk is a security knot for both states. Georgia should secure freedom of the Armenian community. Armenia must establish friendly relations with Iran, Russia, China, EU and U.S. expecting their respect in response.

“Armenia should become a democratic and sovereign country where rule of law reigns and fair elections are held,” the statement reads.
