YEREVAN. - “Heritage” party doesn’t need re-organization, and in the framework of the struggle of the “New Armenia” front it is striving for merely one thing – holding of snap elections. Deputy Chairman of the opposition “Heritage” party Armen Martirosyan told the aforesaid to Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent, commenting on the criticism against the party.

According to him, the “Heritage” party has remained the same as it used to be. No decision has yet been made concerning the next parliamentary elections to be held in 2017, “since now we have joined “New Armenia” and are struggling for holding snap elections and power change.”

Referring to the life within the party, Martirosyan said he sees no problems there. “There might have been certain problems with individual MPs, but the party doesn’t need “restart” There might be changes in our activity; this will become clear in the near future.  [Nevertheless,] currently our forces are focused on the expansion of our activity in the framework of “New Armenia.” We must achieve snap elections,” Martirosyan noted.
