Sedat Peker, who is a convicted Turkish criminal leader and also a close associate of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, threatened to kill those Turkish and foreign scholars who called for making peace with the Kurds.
Peker announced that he will slaughter all the scholars and intellectuals who are urging Erdoğan to peace.
“So called intellectuals, the bells will first ring for you,” he said. “We will spill your blood and take a shower with your blood.”
A total of 1,128 renowned scholars and intellectuals from Turkey and abroad had signed under a text urging to make peace with the Kurds, stop their massacre in eastern Turkey, and permit commissions to enter the conflict zones.
