Turkish opposition plan to appeal the results of the constitutional referendum in the European Court of Human Rights, DW reported.
CHP head Kemal Kilicdaroglu signed the appeal to ECHR saying the decision by executive council made the referendum illegitimate.
"Turkey has rapidly turned into a (one-)party state. Pretty much all state institutions have become branches of a political party," he said.
