Tehran will manufacture or acquire nuclear weapons under no circumstances, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Saturday.

"Iran is committed to not possessing nuclear weapons, and Iran confirms that under no circumstances it will ever try to develop or acquire nuclear weapons, and this is our constant adherence," Araghchi said at the  2017 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference, RIA Novosti reported.
