After their meeting in Tashkent, the capital city of Uzbekistan, prime ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries—including Armenia—signed an agreement on information exchange in the fight against terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism.
In addition, it was decided to allocate funds, in 2018, for the creation and development of CIS joint air defense, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
