YEREVAN. – The next four-day sittings have started Tuesday at the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia.

Eighteen matters, including several important elections, are on the agenda.

In particular, the parliament will elect the fourth President of Armenia, members of the Supreme Judicial Council, and chairperson of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights, and it will appoint a member to the Constitutional Court.

In addition, there are numerous bills that need to be passed in the second reading.
