YEREVAN. – Acting Minister of Agriculture Gegham Gevorgyan on Saturday received American Armenian businessman Mike Badalian, who aims to invest in Armenia’s agriculture.

Gevorgyan presented the current situation of and the more expedient domains for agricultural investments in the country.

The entrepreneur, for his part, informed that he is actively engaged in winemaking in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), and he plans to engage in gardening in Armenia, the Ministry of Agriculture informed.

In addition, Badalian aims to export Armenian agricultural products, especially fish products, to Lebanon.

Also, the interlocutors discussed the investment policy of Armenia.
