YEREVAN. – The Civil Court of Appeal of Armenia has denied the motion by the legal defense team of second President Robert Kocharyan, and against Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The said motion was regarding the use as a means of ensuring the demand with respect to obligating Pashinyan to publicly apologize.
