Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree relieving Hrach Silvanyan of the post of Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Georgia.
Under another presidential decree, Hovhannes Manukayn was appointed to the post, the presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
