Iran should reconsider its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), said the head of the Commission on National Security and Foreign Policy of the Parliament of Iran, Mojtaba Zonnur,

According to him, the financial proposals of the European countries that are signatories of the nuclear agreement cannot satisfy Iran’s requirements, Mehr reported.

He noted that European countries must fulfill their obligations as quickly as possible.

The parliamentarian pointed to a possible scenario for the fourth step to reduce Iran’s obligations under the agreement and added that the Islamic Republic of Iran should reconsider its cooperation with the IAEA.

The decision to reduce obligations under the nuclear deal was made a year after the US unilaterally withdraws from the transaction. Tehran claims that its countermeasures comply with paragraphs 26 and 36 of the nuclear deal and that it is ready to return to their implementation as soon as its requirements are met.
