The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia Artak Davtyan remains unconvinced about the participation of the military in the events of March 1, 2008.

“There are criminal cases. Trial have proceeded. Answers will be received during the trial,” he said.

Answering the question that a year ago he had already expressed the opinion that the military had not been ordered to shoot, Davtyan noted: “I didn’t express any other opinion and I have nothing else to say.”
