Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) Ashot Ghulyan today gave a year-end press conference.
The parliamentary speaker presented the 9th and 10th sessions of the National Assembly, provided details about the laws that were submitted and adopted and touched upon the implementation of other powers reserved to the National Assembly by the country’s Constitution.
Ashot Ghulyan also answered journalists’ questions related to parliamentary diplomacy, the new directions of the National Assembly for foreign relations, the relations with the Republic of Armenia, the upcoming nationwide elections in 2020 and several other topics.
At the end of the press conference, Ashot Ghulyan congratulated mass media representatives on the upcoming holidays and wished them success in the year to come.
