A German military plane carrying German citizens from Wuhan amid coronavirus outbreak was blocked from stopping in Russia for crew-change and refueling, DW reported.
Moscow explained the move by “lack of capacity” at the airport.
An aircraft carrying 128 evacuees from Wuhan departed from Wuhan on Saturday and landed in Frankfurt.
After Moscow’s refusal, the plane was diverted to Helsinki.
