Spokesperson of the head of government of the Shamkir region of Azerbaijan Suleyman Hasanov has been dismissed after making an attempt to organize a ceremony on the occasion of his circumcision.

As reported Qafqazinfo, he applied to the regional police department and reported that he wants to organize a festive event on the occasion of his circumcision, after which he was told about the need to strictly observe the rules of the lockdown and that he can’t commit unlawful acts.

However, the clarifications were in vain. Hasanov tried to organize an event in the backyard of his house, after which police prevented the ceremony and apprehended and fined the attendees.
