Spanish Foreign Minister Arancha Gonzalez Laya said the country's government is pushing for EU harmonization of travel-related anti-coronavirus measures to reduce issues for tourists and tour operators, Reuters reported.

The Spanish government is also discussing with the UK and the EU whether other factors besides the number of COVID-19 cases can be taken into account to take measures to impose quarantine on travelers such as the number of tests, the number of symptomatic cases, and the number of hospitalized patients, Gonzalez Laya said in an interview with RNE radio station.
