As promised earlier by Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan of Armenia, the process of granting leave to the conscripts who fought in the recent hostilities in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) has started on Tuesday.
Accordingly, the first large group of these servicemen arrived in Armenia on the same day.
