During today’s rally on Marshal Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan, members of the opposition Homeland Salvation Movement declared that the next rally would be held on March 6 at 3 p.m.

“This Saturday, we will hold a tremendous rally to show that everyone is taking part in it,” Vazgen Manukyan, candidate of the opposition for Prime Minister of Armenia, told the gathered.

In his turn, member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun political party Gegham Manukyan stated the following: “The Staff of the President of Armenia assured us that Onik Gasparyan will remain the chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces at least until March 8, and this is also thanks to the participants of the rally. Whoever is free in the evenings after work, come to the rallies. We’ll talk and drink tea in tents. Form groups, enter state buildings, advocate and chant.”

The rally ended with Gegham Manukyan’s statement.
